When you contact me by email, I may process your name, email address, message, project information and any other information you voluntarily provide.
- Purpose: responding to enquiries, discussing possible cooperation, preparing an offer or contract, and maintaining professional correspondence.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; performance of a contract where applicable; and legitimate interest in managing professional communications.

2. Website hosting and technical logs
The website is hosted through GitHub Pages. When the website is visited, GitHub may process technical information such as the visitor’s IP address and request data for security, availability and abuse-prevention purposes. GitHub states that IP addresses of GitHub Pages visitors are logged and stored for security purposes.
- Service provider: GitHub, Inc. / GitHub B.V.

3. Cookies and analytics
This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies, analytics services, tracking pixels or a contact form. No cookie consent banner is therefore displayed. GitHub or other infrastructure providers may nevertheless use strictly necessary technologies or process technical connection data under their own terms.
If analytics, embedded media, marketing tools or a contact form are added later, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before those tools are activated.
4. Recipients and international data transfers
Personal data may be processed by service providers necessary for website hosting and email delivery. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the provider’s applicable transfer safeguards and privacy terms apply.
5. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Requests can be sent to inczedytomi@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or another competent supervisory authority.
